401(k)/ Profit Sharing Plan

A 401(k) plan is a retirement savings plan that allows employees to save and invest through a voluntary salary contribution. Contributions and any earnings on contributions are taken out of employees paychecks on a pre-tax basis.

The Company offers a profit sharing component to this plan. This is a discretionary match based on yearly profits of the Company.

To enroll in the plan, employees must be age 20 and 6 months, or older and completed 6 months of service.

Eligible employees may enroll each month.

Fidelity Investments is the plan manager.

Retirement plan fund selection is managed by The Ennis Company.
