Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

A Safety Data Sheet (formerly called Material Safety Data Sheet) is a detailed informational document prepared by the manufacturer or importer of a hazardous chemical. It describes the physical and chemical properties of a product, safety precaution for handling and storage and any other physical, health and environmental hazards associated with the product.

Due to the COVID-19, we have established a listing of cleaning agents and hand sanitizers that the company uses and provides for use within the buildings. Below is the listing of cleaning agents and hand sanitizers and the associated SDS.

• Prime Guard Liquid Hand Sanitizer - used in the automatic dispensers on every floor by the elevator

• Purell Advanced Hand Sanitizer - used in the automatic dispensers in the lobby between the elevators

• Medyskin Hand Sanitizer - individual dispensing hand sanitizer

• Perfect Purity Germ Eliminator Hand Sanitizer - individual dispensing hand sanitizer pumps in the lobby
